Steve recently completed a complete renovation of our master bath and kitchen.
Because the work had to be done at a time when we were far away and therefore unable to check up, much less supervise, it was especially important to us to have it done by a reliable and trustworthy contractor. Steve is exactly that. He is a model of professionalism and once he started (exactly when promised except for delay caused by Hurricane Irma evacuation) he was consistently on the job. When he finished, which once again was on-time, the house was in perfect spic ‘n span condition. He was prompt in answering telephone and email queries and effective in dealing with numerous small unavoidable crises as they arose. In all respects Steve made the entire process as easy on us as possible. We are very pleased with the results and heartily recommend Steve.

Three years ago, on a Saturday afternoon, I walked into his office and although It was not officially open to business that day, Mr. Jeffcoat was most curious and allowed me to come In. I was looking for someone to redo my master bathroom and that very afternoon he came to my house. He took measurements, notes on what I wanted and told me he would get back to me within a week with a preliminary estimate. He was true to his word.
Mr. Jeffcoat is honest, fair, reliable work ethic and quite reasonably priced. I had a budget and he guided me every step of the way to more affordable and yet luxurious finishes that complemented my previous selections. The project was on time and on budget. I was so satisfied that one year later Mr. Jeffcoat did my second bathroom. I’m waiting to rehire him for my third and last bathroom.
My personal opinion is that Mr. Jeffcoat Is a fine person who will work with you to accomplish what you are looking for in your project.
Can not praise Steven Jeffcoat enough. We called him when
Tropical Storm Irma removed a large piece of our sunroom several years ago. From start to finish the project was completed in a professional, timely manor. When decided to remodel our master bath back In January we called on Steven again. Despite cold and material shortages, he managed to finish the project on time as promised. His work ethic and that of his subcontractors Is outstanding. He stands behind his work and rest assured if it’s not right (though very rare) he will make it right.
